How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in?
Finding and showing homes is the easy part; the real work begins when it is time to write a contract. There is so much more to an offer than just the offered price. Knowing the market and how to negotiate are the true skills of a real estate broker.
What do you do to help market the properties your clients are selling?
Statistics show that almost all buyers will begin the home buying process online. It is critical to have a commanding online presence with multiple photos the first day the property is listed. The second most important part of selling a home is to respond to potential buyers and follow up on showings.
How do you ensure your sellers get the highest price?
I begin every listing with a detailed explanation of comparable neighborhood sales and pricing strategy with my clients. Every property is then personally inspected and given recommendations to increase buyer appeal. I then follow up with buyers and buyer’s agents to get feedback on showings to make improvements.
What do you recommend sellers do to make sure their selling process is smooth?
